I was feeling rather bleak, so I meditated for half an hour and did neurofeedback for ten minutes. Now I feel like a new woman. Meditation is a gift. Use it.
You should meditate at least 5 minutes every day. If you are busy/have a lot of work to do, you should meditate for longer.
