My scrotal ladder on display; 6 gauge 5/8" straight barbells. The piercings are healing very nicely and I can’t wait to be able to play with the jewlery without risking problems in the fistulas.
Showing off my 6 gauge 5/8" beginnings of a scrotal ladder. The piercings were pretty much pain-free and healing’s been fine. I love the way the weight pulls my sack down, and can’t wait to get some larger jewelry in the holes.
After four weeks, I tried on my 2" leather weighted ball stretcher. Looks good and really makes the scrotal ladder stand out. Shortly, I’ll get back to wearing a stretcher regularly, making sure the piercings are healing properly.

Great week! Although one of my scrotal piercings had to be retired (it just gave way and couldn’t support jewelry), I got two more additions to my ladder. I also swapped one of the 6 gauge circular barbells for a 4 gauge screw-on ball ring,
6 gauge circular barbell Reverse PA, and a scrotal ladder of a 6 gauge circular barbell, a 4 gauge screw-on ball ring and two 6 gauge straight barbells. Can’t wait for the new piercings with the straight barbells to heal so I can swap them out
