ttotheaffy: I wanted to draw some different types of gyyr based on birds, but a google search for “random birds” gave me this.
ttotheaffy: There was a goldfinch in the garden. Whenever I see a bird now, I draw it as a gyyr.

ttotheaffy: I redrew this because I’ve changed a few things about their anatomy as a species and once it was pointed out to me, I couldn’t find an excuse for how lazy the wings were in the original!

ttotheaffy: Gyyana is a big place and there are many different kinds of Gyyr, mostly depending on the region they come from. They’re all based on different kinds of birds.
