Today, I finally managed to put my car battery, amp and subwoofer together for the larp. I couldn’t find any inline fuses or power switches, so I simply took an old jewellery box to use for the purpose. Not exactly water proof, but it will do. I
Today’s experiment: smoke bomb! I ordered a kit from an online pyrotechnics store, and interestingly enough they didn’t supply a list of ingrediences, only two mystery powders meant to mix together. Safe to say, I didn’t feel very safe
Today, I tried my hand at soldering. I need to make a very small medallion with UV light for my next larp, and here is the partway result. The bulb to the left is a regular LED and the one to the right is an UV. Pretty neat looking, if you ask me!
This weekend I was at a larping con, and I learned lots of wonderful things! My friend Anna taught me how to make “fake metal” out of aluminium tape, carton and some paint, and I quite liked the result!
