This gorgeous tableau reminds me of a Latin American Architect whose name eludes me.  Argh! **EDIT** Holy cow was memory on point.  Luis Barragan.  LOVE his work.  This has been mildly photoshopped to darken it, but I KNEW I recognized his style!!
