fitwithoutfat: Lunch. Baked red potatoes w/heirloom tomatoes and guac 🍅. I tossed the potatoes in smoked paprika, granulated garlic, a mix of savory herbs, and maple syrup! Baked at 400 degrees for about 40 min. 😊
