Kinda random but man I miss Alaska. I miss being in a town surrounded by other Alaskan natives and I miss the roots I have up there. I miss the nature and I miss the connection I have to my homestate. I belong up there and I know it in my bones.
I’m absolutely melting here in Kentucky. Looking forward to winter in Colorado and I even miss winter in Alaska a little.

Guys my mom sent me Alaskan Fireweed seeds for my birthday :’) She knows how much I miss Alaska so next year, I can have a little bit of Alaska in my garden. This is probably one of the most thoughtful birthday gifts she’s ever given me.
